🛒 Ingredients:

For assembling:


12–15 flat puris (papdis)


1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes


1/2 cup finely chopped onions


1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes (optional)


2–3 tbsp chopped raw mango (optional, for tang)


1/2 cup thick curd/yogurt (optional, for dahi sev puri)


3 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander)


3 tbsp tamarind-date chutney


2 tsp garlic chutney (optional, for extra spice)


1 tsp red chili powder


1 tsp roasted cumin powder


1 tsp chaat masala


Salt to taste


Nylon sev


Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)


Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Lay out the papdis:


Arrange the puris (flat ones) on a serving plate.


Layer with toppings:


Place some chopped boiled potato on each puri.


Top with a few chopped onions, tomatoes, and raw mango if using.


Add chutneys:


Drizzle about 1/2 tsp each of green chutney, tamarind chutney, and garlic chutney over the top. (Adjust to taste.)


Sprinkle spices:


Lightly dust with red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.


Add sev:
