Capsicum – 1 small (chopped)

Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Garam masala or pav bhaji masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Cheese – optional, grated (1–2 tbsp)
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Lemon juice – a few drops (for a fresh zing!)
π₯ Instructions
1. Boil the Macaroni:
Boil macaroni in salted water till just cooked (al dente).
Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
Toss with a drop of oil and set aside.
2. Prepare the Masala:
Heat oil or butter in a pan.
Add garlic, sautΓ© for a few seconds.
Add onions + green chili; cook till translucent.
Add capsicum, cook for 2–3 mins (keep them slightly crunchy).
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, garam/pav bhaji masala, and salt.
Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the masala thickens.
Stir in ketchup and cheese (if using), mix well.
3. Add the Pasta:
Toss in the cooked macaroni.
Mix until every piece is coated with masala.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes so it all comes together.
4. Finish:
Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
