Making vegetable Maggi is simple and quick. Here's an easy method to prepare it:
Ingredients:
1 packet of Maggi noodles
2 cups of water
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, corn, beans, etc.)
1 tablespoon oil or butter
Maggi tastemaker (comes with the packet)
Optional: chopped onions, tomatoes, or any other veggies you prefer
Salt to taste (if needed)
Instructions:
Heat oil: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil or butter over medium heat.
Add vegetables: Add the mixed vegetables (you can use frozen or fresh). Stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
Add water: Pour in 2 cups of water. Let it come to a boil.
Add Maggi noodles: Break the Maggi noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the boiling water.
Add the tastemaker: Sprinkle the Maggi tastemaker (seasoning) over the noodles and stir well.
Cook noodles: Let the noodles cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you like your noodles a bit dry, cook for a bit longer. If you prefer them soupy, you can reduce the cooking time.
